Durga Comes to me in a Dream, Healing me and my Family, Guide me in Traumatic Situations

A night after studying in depth Goddess Durga and repeating the Mantra “OM DUM DURGAYEI NAMAHA”, I had a powerful dream reliving a repetitive traumatic family situation from my childhood. I saw clearly in the dream how I embodied Durga throughout my youth.
The thing that was amazing and healing was at the end of the “replay incident” I had a full backup group of women behind me, i.e. Durga’s many arms! And these supporting women once-and-for-all set right, with group action, a wrong that needed to be stopped.
I feel Durga came to me in my dream, showing me how she had been with me throughout all the difficult times when I was young and growing up. Now she helped end my family’s unhealthy cycle, setting things straight in the dream world.
Perhaps dreams like this reflect a larger drama currently being played out all over the world’s stage and perhaps even larger: the cosmic stage. We are a collective consciousness so I wouldn’t be surprised, when one family heals wounds I believe it has more major rippling effect across the universe.
Durga, the Goddess who holds us steady, shielding us so we can let go of armor we’ve put over the heart, armor that we put up as young children to protect us from things we couldn’t understand nor control.
She is our strong Mother Shakti, who can support us from behind. So we have the support to let our hearts be vulnerable and open to the full splendor of the union of Shakti and Shiva = Guru Kundalini, the cosmic energy that assists in purifying us in order to have the chance to realize full liberation with the potential to helps others to realize this state too!
